Has anyone else had the problem of being allergic to soaps containing fruit extracts? I was out at TGI Fridays with my family when I had to go to the restroom. The soap was a lemon sent, and made me break out with a really nasty rash. Could this be due to my fructose intolerance?

I was wondering if it was that or if I was allergic to the soap too. I've known my whole life that I have an allery to citris fruit, but it wasn't until much later that my doctor said it could be fructose intolerance too.

Hmmm...my list did not include oranges or lemons and they actually seem to be one of the few fruits I can tolerate. I can eat berries and citrus but no apples, pears, plums, melons or grapes.
