I have Endo and IBS. I have read on websites that Candid and Glutin Free Diets will help my conditions. Are their any recipie websites that you can search by type of diet?

I don't know about gluten-free, but the candida diet is simply sugar-free, light on the fruits at first, no white flour, adding garlic tabs and acidophilus to kill the yeast.

Oh, and another good thing to use for endo is the anti-inflammatory regime. They are related as candida also causes inflammation. Add 2 capsules of flaxseed oil daily and remove ALL hydrogenated fats from your diet, replacing it with monounsaturates like olive oil.
Beyond that, try Googling for "gluten-free recipes."
