" wow. who knew carrots had such remarkable properties. one thing i have found that cuts a craving is very cold water with fresh squeezed lemon. it is sharp and cold and tangy and it really helps. washing my hands and face with very cold water helps too. both 'wake me up' snap me out of obsessive thinking.

btw ... fakeinspiration? there must be a story behind that name! "

" Good for you for making it through another day without binging, especially in light of the struggle you had here. I guess the sweetness in the carrots was enough to take the craving for sugar away. I really must remember that, too!!!
Way to go! "

" Great job getting through the temptation. Carrots - who knew? I'll have to try that next time I want chocolate. Everyday you can get by without bingeing is changing your normal habit and helping to break the bingeing cycle. "

" Thanks for the support guys, it means a lot :D
And thanks for the tip, Sooo! It's strange what can take away cravings!
The nickname.. basically I've lost a lot of weight and I'm 'such an inspiration' to a lot of people (so they say), especially on a weight loss forum I go on.. but lately I've been feeling like a total fraud and fake because of the binging!! Buuut I've realised that I'm only human and I'm entitled to make mistakes too :)
