" Hi Jaime, don't worry about slipping up its great that you've decided to jump back on board instead of just carrying on bingeing.

I've managed to go without a binge everyday, but i'm having terrible trouble today. I'm really trying to resist the temptation!!! But i really wana make it to the end of day 5 and hopefully all the way til christmas!!

Howz everyone else doing? Good Luck!!

Loz xxx "

" I think I am going to get on bored with this. As from tomorow (thats the phrase I use most, but tomorow never comes!!) I am going to try and have more will power and stop with my binging. I eat for the sake of it but if I don't I cannot concerntrate. I must try harder and loose this 17lb I have recently gained through binging alone!
Lets all help each other! "

" Hey all. Glad to see everyone os getting back on track after slip up's. That's so great. I had a slip up, well more of a diet plan slip up saturday night, and sunday I had another and ate a bit more than the slip up on saturday. It was b/c I decided to drink and got drunk both nights though. They were not really all out binges, so I am still going, would be even if they were bad binges. It feels so much better. Proud of us all! XXOO "
