The only cereals I can find at my local grocery store that don't have my baby's allergens are Trix, Fruity Pebbles, and Shredded Wheat. Does anyone know of any cereal that I've overlooked? Hopefully *healthy* cereal? :-) Thanks.

By the way, if you've read my other posts, I was wrong about Tommy's being allergic to wheat. WooHoo!

" Cocoa Puffs and Corn pops don't have milk, and I didn't see any barley or oats in their ingredients, either. Also, if you go to a Whole Foods store, or check the health foods section of your grocery store, look for brands such as Enjoy Life, Erewhon and Nature's Path: they make cereals for a variety of food sensitivites.

(And congrats on dodging the wheat allergy bullet!) "

" In Canada here they make corn flakes that are wheat/dairy/soy free, as well as a cereal called Nutty Rice.
But be careful, wheat is in the same family as barley and oats, so it can be a bad allergen too. "

" I wouldn't use those cereals because of the colorants in them. How about puffed rice?
Shredded wheat sounds safe. Puffed millet too. Those are what I eat. :) "
