" My advice would be to give it some more time. I heard somewhere that when you're exposed to something you're allergic to you're body is affected for 18 days. I'm not sure if this is accurate, because i don't remember where i heard it, but if it's true then everything is just now out of your system. I was the same way though. For example, my freshman year of college i had 2 sinus infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, and a constant cold for the whole year.. along with stomach aches when i ate, constant headaches and some other issues. i got retested for allergies and they found out i'm actually allergic to a lot more than i had thought. it took a while to notice the difference, but now everything is different. it's two years later and this year i've only had one cold that lasted about a week and everyone got it.. it wasn't just that my immune system was shot. Avoiding foods has really worked for me (health wise). I'd just give it some more time. oh and to let you know i found a website where you can type in your allergies and it will give you recipies of things that you're not allergic to. it's given me some ideas.. it's at www.cookingallergyfree.com. good luck! " Definitely give it more time. Milk can be identified by several names (caesin, for example). Unfortunately they tell you the basic name of what your allergy is, but then it's up to you to investigate what exactly that entails. Soy and yeast have been a pain in my butt- those are two of my biggest allergies. It took a while for my immune system to bounce back fully. Slowly you'll see a difference.

As a side note I'm so happy to hear there are other people that grew up like I did- sick all the time- and have also found it came back to food allergies. It can only get better from here, sleepywanted2!! "

" give it more time...

when you are getting rid of these foods from your system, your body also has to get rid of the toxins.
When you release toxins, they have their own symptoms.. and last as long as you have them built up.

i see dairy stuff... that will make you have sinus trouble and flu like symptoms for like 3-7 days.

cola and caffeine... headaches stuff and dehrdration feelings.

pineapples, melons, and nuts.. dizziness

eggs... tummy stuff

yeast.. basic thinking skills messed up.

give it more time and drink pleanty of water to flush the toxins faster.

you will feel more sick before you get a release. "

" Dear Sleepwanted:
Wow! Thought mine we tough! You almost take the cake (that you wouldn't be able to eat!) Do you mean you were tsted for these things when you were 10 yrs. old, or was that when the problems started - sorry if this seems an odd question, but what you wrote doesn't make that clear. Meantime, I'd continue with the diet - though I know now you posted this mid March: so how are things going. Those tests do miss things occsionally (& produce false positives sometimes too). The don't pick up intolerances which upset the neurological system either - only those that produce frank allergy: there may be other things which upset your nervous system - you can test for these yourself - but it does require a lot of willpower. Best regards janeD. "
