I can't get out of this depression I am in. I am so sad and irritable and I don't know how to get out of it. I wish I could judt wake up and stop feeling so tragic and unearthly. I am so stress out I have so much on my plate and it just seems every day it continues to pile and pile. I have my mother who is 86 yr old alz. That is ovewhelming in itself. Them I have a business that I am trying to launch off the ground and it is taking longer than I expected due to lack of funds. Hello to everyone, thank you for sending love to Jail she has been in hospital and respite and is now back in hospital.
