"how do i keep that motivation"? - Challenge yourself to the task. Imagine
the end result.

"how do i keep up a routine"? - Vary your routines. Find something you know you will stick with and change it around so that it never becomes boring or repetitive. Keep your GOAL(s) in mind. Keep the vision of the YOU you see reaching those goals.

"how do i enjoy a workout is im on my own"? Not every work out will be enjoyable. It's hard work. BUT, it's the result of those workouts that bring the joy. The joy in ACCOMPLISHMENT is HUGE!
