I keep posting all these record breakers, but I'm excited once more. Today I jogged at a 5.5 pace, at some times upping the incline to 2.0 for two minutes at a time, for 28 (!!!) minutes straight. I warmed up at a 4.0 pace and 3.0 incline, then cooled down for five minutes at a 4.0 pace and 3.0-12.0 incline. I feel AWESOME. Then, right after that I went and did a couple sets of ten reps of thigh abductors, and finished with two sets of ten reps of weighted vertical leg crunches. I'M FLYING!

" I'd love a little competition! Or at least maybe we could keep each other in check by messaging each other our workout schedule everyday. :) When do you usually workout? "
