" I just discovered Janis Saffell's workouts. They're kickboxing but with the weighted gloves, drills and good cardio I find them BETTER than Tae Bo. There is one called Hardcore Circuit that I really like. You get good strength and cardio in 55 minutes. I'm really enjoying something new. "

" They're a little on the hokie side but I love the Zumba workouts. They're fun, easy to follow and perfect for those days when you want a workout but just don't feel like pushing yourself. The music is motivating. "

" okay, you may think I'm a little immature or whatever... but I LOVE my wii fit! I just got it a little less than a week ago. I was recently diagnosed with shingles and that's a bummer, but with wii fit,I can still exercise with relatively tolerable pain. I just refuse to let shingles keep me from exercising in any form. With wii fit, I can do yoga, I can do step aerobics, and the more I do, the more activities it unlocks. It has balance games, strength training, and other aerobics. It keeps up with your wt and bmi for you and tracks your progress. Its really a neat thing. Good for a beginner. "

" I'm not an "in home" work out sort of person so this is very interesting to hear! I always feel like my sofa is at home and I need to get out and away from it more often. "

" Dance Dance Revolution (as a warm up or workout routine) and the Total Gym. It's so much fun and the best part is you can get a high impact workout but not feel horrible the next day. "
