I am currently at 185 lbs and I need to get down to 170. I am exersising but what would you recommend for a diet. I have never had to eat health and over the last year my metabloism just shut down. I need to be at 170 for Army regulations.

" For fast effective weight loss try and only eat Lean protein (fish, skinless chicken etc), complex carbs (brown rice, brown bread) and vegetables, vegetable, vegetables!!
Drink lots of water and get lots of sleep!!
