Any Ladies Want a challenge

Ok, so it's come that hard time of the year again to pass up the sweets, pies, cookies, chocolate...and all the other holiday goodies. I'm the kind of girl who likes a challenge (yet support) and who has to answer to someone or I just won't do it. Do any ladies want to take measurements and compare our progress but most of all just have a support group to keep you motivated. Say I saw LindaLou went to the gym and did 50 min of cardio and I haven't been yet it's really going to make me feel as though I should get my butt moving. I'm not looking to lose a lot of pounds (I'm 132 & 5'7 so probably only need to lose about 7 lbs) I just really want to tone my body up. Ladies, are ya with me. Anyone want to start a little support group. Let me know!! We could even pick rewards to work towards and all that good stuff. Hope all is well and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

" I am in. I am 5'2" and would like to lose about 20 lbs to start. I weigh about 155 and would like to be at 135...eventually 125....baby steps. I work out and ride horses, but can't seem to shake the poor eating or overeating habits. Any tips? I am bad at sticking to plans, how do I remind myself without being my own worst enemy? "
