Cut out all grain and dairy for a while. I know it sounds extreme. But it does work. So, eat plenty of green veggies, good protein (no breading). On DS I read that you need a some fat before your workout so that your body can access it's fat. So, a boiled egg in the morning before breakfast. For lunch, a nice salad with plenty of olive oil/ vineagar with at least 6 ounces of healthy protein. Watch out for soy because it has estrogens which makes it harder for us to lose weight. Dinner would be two cups of sauteed veggies with another 6 ounces of protein.
Also, yoga really has helped me. Maybe add that two times a week. Don't forget to take some vit. C because it boosts the metabolism. Keep in mind that which has been lost fast can come back fast.

I worry about fast weight loss - if you drop pounds at a rate that is quicker than 1-2 pounds per week then it means you're losing muscle, not just fat. The reason this is a problem is because it's muscle that burns fat - the more muscle you have, the easier it is for your body to metabolize its energy stores. If you waste muscle in an attempt to make the scale number drop quickly you are actually compromising your ability to lose the fat.
My mentor teacher always used to say to us: "Make haste slowly" by which she meant our students would make more rapid progress if we didn't try to teach too much too soon, if we took small enough steps. I think the same wisdom applies here, too. Sustainable, healthy weight loss that doesn't yo-yo back and leave you in worse shape than you started happens slowly and consistently. Be patient with yourself and your body.

I agree with the suggestion to try and cut out all breads/flour items. Even if you try for just a couple weeks, you may see quick results with no bread pasta rice or potatoes.
I found that I started to see large changes in fat loss and size loss when i tried removing all those items from my diet for a couple weeks. I also felt much better, less bloated so it's worth a shot. cutting some dairy may be helpful as well. Just be sure to keep eating your veggies fruits and your proteins.

Continue to do what you're doing. Eat in moderation, let yourself eat what you crave (but in moderation), and perhaps seek a nutritionist/RD to see what you really need for your body. Also, you can't lose weight quickly, unless you are damaging your body. The WHO says that you should not lose more that 12-15 pounds a year, I believe. It takes commitment and time to lose weight healthfully. Have patience. And just so you know, the WORST thing for your body AND for losing weight is to cut food groups out of your diet. All that does is make you insanely crave them, and break down and eat huge amounts of these foods. Eat a proper amount of foods, and enough of each food group. I really recommend that you see a good dietitian. See if your doctor can tell you who you can see.
And if I may say, you don't look like you need to lose 2 stone. It seems a little extreme. Remember that you should be around a 21-25 BMI in order to stay at a healthy body weight. See if you can get body composition tests to measure your muscle and body fat percentage/percentile. Your doctor will be able to tell you if you really should be losing weight.

I should clarify: You should not lose more than 12-15 pounds a year, unless you are obese or morbidly obese.

I wondered about what types of exercising you are doing? if you are looking to lose fat, then try some more extreme types of cardio. I have been having great luck with spinning; it's tough, and you sweat and feel the results, but the fat and weight almost seem to melt off.
For any changes you make to your diet, your way of eating, be sure it's permanent because going back to old eating habits and foods results in your returning to your old size and weight as well. Before the gym, I may have some fruit or a V8 juice, but usually I have a banana afterwards, then fish when I get home.

I'm go to weight watchers aswell, which plan do you follow? Maybe if you're on the points you should switch to core, I find it a lot better cos I need the strictness of it. Gym four times a week sounds good too, maybe up your cardio exercise. As for wanting the weight to drop off, we all know it takes time! Yes, it can be frustrating but think of the long term benefits, weight watchers is about healthy lifestyle, not just weight loss. I've got so much weight to lose but I just take it half a stone at a time, when I get that silver seven it makes me feel so good, and motivated to get the next one. Good luck! :)
