How do you deal with the stress ans panic over money. We are on unemployment, which ends in a week(applying for extension) and I get panicky over losing the house. We have no savings, old cars, and no support from my parents, who by the way have money and live comfortably and go to Florida in February every year for six weeks, renting a condo.

We already filed bankruptcy so that did help but now we have no credit cards for emergencies if a car breaks down.

Please offer advise on panicky thoughts.

" My husband is a regular worry-wart. He panics over everything. We have found that the one thing that gives him peace of mind is to pray over it and put it in God's hands. Then, every time he tries to worry about it again, he says to himself "no, I gave it to God to carry the load."

Good luck and hang in there!

" I've been in your same situation and kind of back there. My husband went into business to help his siter and ended up bad. There was a lawsuit and we got behind on our bills and morgatage. We had to retain a attorney and it left us broke. Our house is on a short sale and ready for foreclosure. I stressed so bad and lost sleep and cried driving myself crazy. I decided to let the house go if it doesn't sell as i cant afford to catch up nor afford the payment. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment and trying to get on my feet. My folks havent helped and i dont expect them to it is my situation not theirs. We made choices we shouldnt of made. We filed bankrupcy only 3 years ago and cant file again. I'm not sure what will happen but i have no control over it and just restructuring and changing my life is the best i can do. I hope your situation works out as it is a very scary place to be. kelly "
