i was watching the infomercial about i think it was call 'how to be debt free what the companies don't want you to know about' or something like that and what really caught my attention was the section about the grants. he said something about there being a couple of websites you could go to that would tell you what grants you qualify for. does anyone know of these websites mentioned in the book?

Be careful as people are selling you something that you can find online. Be careful as most, if not all grants do not apply to someone in your situation. People think they can get a grant for a new business because these people selling these grant books tell them so. If you are starting a "unique" type of business and it will create jobs then you have a chance. However, if you start a business such as a plumber then you are SOL because we do not have a shortage of plumbers.
You will find that majority of the grants would apply to the elderly, minorities, veterans and so on. I was particularly interested in how they claim that there is a grant to help relieve my debt and help pay utilities so I ordered this huge book only to find out that they only fed a partial truth as I certainly do not qualify for such a grant. I bought the grant books only to realize that I made some dope money and not me. Here is a direct quote from Consumer Affairs about these grant books and so on: "In many cases, people are not listening carefully when telemarketers, websites and television advertisers offer people help in obtaining a government grant," said Santiago. "Consumers who pay these fees only receive pamphlets or books that list government agencies and programs. Even after people apply for these non-existent grants, many people still don't realize that they have been taken in scam." Stay away from it as you will be disappointed and I can guarantee you that.
