Horizontal Therapy

Has anyone tried this and had success with it?

Before I was actually diagnosed with fibro last year, I went through physical therapy twice. This did not help me at all.

After the diagnosis, acupuncture was recommended. This did provide a great deal of relief to my shoulder and neck area.
I no longer have the level 10 pain that I was living with daily in that area.
Several drugs have been tried including Lyrica and Ultram, but the side effects were always there whether the medication was providing any relief or not, so I am no longer taking anything for pain.

I was recently referred to a pain management doctor who treats fibro patients. He has placed me on 3 different vitamins
and an antibiotic and I am going twice a week for horizontal therapy.
Have had 4 treatments so far....was told I should be feeling better after 2 or 3, but I don't.
Anyone had any luck with this?

" "This treatment inhibits the transmission of pain signals to the brain. It also produces a Sympathetic nerve block that increases blood flow to the muscles and joints."
Suction cups are placed along my spine, hands and calfs and the device delivers electrical current at computer controlled frequencies. I am sitting in a recliner and the treatment is 50 mins with each visit. "
