BTW does anyone know of any way to get free massages in NY? -because the article I read on the benefits of massage for Fibromyalgia is sooo right - it does hurt, but then it helps - I just can't afford them - I am on SSD and just barely make my bill payments - Thanks xox

The only free massages I have ever heard of are from students of a massage school who need practice......you could check that out.
personally, I agree with kitcat. The massage cushions and foot massage items are the best. You also do not have to travel! I got my chair cushion for 1/2 price on Craig's list, which is an online 'garage sale' in your zip code. The gal only used it a few times, so I got a nearly new cushion for 1/2 the cost!
