I have not been formally diagnosed with Fibro, but the doctor is pretty sure that is what it is. I am just finding out about the brain fog and it is causing trouble at work. Both my daugheters have Fibro. They are both far away from me. My husband and I are very close, but the depression is very difficult without my girls. And my job is in danger. Probably will have to retire by Tksgvng.

I''m so sorry that you too have this horrid fibro. I hope that you can get some good meds to help you with the pain and sleep. I had to stop working too and it took me some time to get used to it. I had to learn how to pass the time when home all the time and DS is my social life and life line.

Thanks Cathy. I do have two good doctors who understand Fibro, so I think I am much luckier than many. I am really doing much better now, and I hope I can keep working for a while longer.

Mimi, Sorry for your problems. I have the same brain fog, as probably everyone here does.
But I remembered some suggestions that were posted here to help. I just did a search and lots of ppl are saying "Fish Oil" helps a lot with "brain Fog". I kept forgetting what is was when I got to the store, but now I'll be buying it myself. As a matter of fact, I am going to bring up a new discussion on "Brain Fog" and lets see what other suggestions might be posted. Hang in there, Hugs, Debbie
