PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Yes I do and I also have fobroids in my liver but the doctor said they where very small and nothing to wory about. This dont run in my family.

They discovered a cyst on my ovaries a year or so ago, kept track of it, never grew. I am headed back to my gyn the end of the month.

I was never diagnosed with it, but did have endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and adenomiosis (sp), and I've struggled with my weight alot. So I wouldn't be surprised......

Hey White....count me in. It stinks too!
I went from being told I could never have kids.....to 2 surprise pregnancies.....lost one, and we tried for 2 yrs and had our 2nd child. Now, I'm in the whirl wind of surprise periods that last for at least 10 days and return usually about every 14. I am so ready for them to rip this malfunctioning uterus out of me! LOL, and the reason why I don't drink right now is because if I get drunk enough, I just may do it with the hoover myself! I hate the hormonal crud that goes along with it! And loosing weight is impossible. I'm down to nearly 900 calories a day and I can't loose any weight....just maintain what I have. Between this and Fibro, I feel like I'm trying to fight a war I'll never be equipt for.

Yes I know the pain and the pain in the .... this can cause. This was one of the reason I had my hyst. One of the cyst I had on my left ovary was the size of a large grapefruit. This was the start of all this. But I am so fortunate to have met you all, this is my saving grace as I heard some one say.
