Good Morning Friends,

I need to explain something right off the bat. When I feel really badly, I retreat, I do not sign on here often, and I find it hard to sit at the computer for any stretch of time...but that is no excuse for my neglect.

I received a note yesterday from a dear, sweet, loving friend asking me if I was angry with her...I had not really written to her for a few days...and she was hurt by it. I have apologized to her and hope she will accept. I really have been a lousy friend recently, all wrapped up in my personal woes, caught up in my own pains, it is true.

I have to say to all of my friends, if I have hurt anyone at all by my absense, I really am sorry. I REALLY have not meant to hurt anyone.

The truth is that I have not thought of the needs of others much and have been concentrating on my own pains. Please forgive me. I promise to be more attentive to you all.

Now for an update, my Burnt Biscuit has increased to about 9 miles of Burnt Biscuit today, so Bear, send me more Margarine and Jelly, I'm gonna need it LOL. (by the way, I thought that was so clever and it made me chuckle..thanks)

Chips has been my Dog in Shining Armour...SuperDoggie Cape Flying... through all of this. Just too cute for words...he never is far from my side, bathing me in kisses, ears back, gentle as a doggie can be, THIS is one of the major reasons why I have developed my theory on Dogs and the Bible folks.

Anyway, Chips and I are going to take it easy today as well and try to get this pain and dizziness under control.
I promise to check in on as many of you as I possibly can though.

Two monkeys were sitting in a tree and two lions were sleeping below them.

One monkey said to the other monkey "I dare you to go down there and kick one of those lions in the rear end."

The other monkey said o.k. I'll go down there and kick him in the rear end as hard as I can.

So he goes down the tree and kicks the lion as hard as he can and takes off swinging through the trees. The lion starts to chase him.

He keeps getting closer, and closer until the monkeys thinks "Man I better do something quick or that lion is going to eat me for lunch.

So he keeps swinging until the lion is pretty far behind him and he sees a newspaper lying on the ground. So he picks it up and starts to read it.

All of a sudden the lion catches up to him and says, "Did you see a monkey run by here?"

The monkey goes, "You mean the one that kicked that lion in the rear end?"

And the lion says,"Dang it was in the paper already?"
