I'm also dealing with a STBX and it is really taking it's toll on my health.

Mine wont pay any of the bills for the house and I've had my utilities shut off until I could borrow money to get them back on.

I have RA, Fibro, Asthma and some other health issues to deal with. I don't need this crap from him and in some perverted way I think he actually enjoys seeing me struggle!

sorry your going thru this with your ex.. seems so cruel.. its all bitterness and revenge.. doesnt give him much character.. its sad when ya get married and your so happy and before ya know it things change.. The person you loved now wants to crush you and not care anymore.. I hope things get better for you hun.. marriage sure isnt what it used to be.. soft hugs hun. :)

Alesha honey, I don't think they can legally ask for these things since they do not directly affect child support. This seems like an invasion of privacy to me.

IF you have NO personal income, you have NO income. Why hasn't your attorney sued for Alimony due to your physical condition?

Here's a list of what to give them;
The average of your monthly electric bill, gas bill, house or rent payments, groceries, In other words, a monthly budget as it is now. You draw it up and present it to them. It's none of his damn business what every penny is spent on as long as the kids have a roof over their heads, food on the table and decent, clean clothes to wear.

IF the child support isn't enough to spread around and accommodate all of the bills, I suggest you file for food stamps. That way, the state goes after his ass.

Whatever you do, don't roll over and play dead. Men can be such assholes and it sure looks like you have one on your hands. But, don't allow him or his attorney to bully you into divulging every little thing. You have a life and it doesn't include him and he needs to stop manipulating and move on.

My EX is a total arse. Every time he takes the children, he starts some sort of nonsense with them. He'll call me at 6 (when they should be home), say they will be home at 8, and show up at 10. Which of course screws up my sleep schedule and we all know what that does to someone with fibro. I have told him repeatedly about this, and I think he does it on purpose. I am trying so hard not to let it get to me, he's not worth spending what little bit of energy I have. My husband steps in a lot for me so I don't have to deal with him.

Anyway, I don't know how old your kids are, but mine are getting old enough to make their own decisions about their father, and although its very sad, they are losing all respect for him. So, in the long run, he is really just hurting himself. In these cases, I've found that more often than not, the disrespect they show us is noticed by the kids (they aren't stupid), and he's the one that will suffer in the long run.

PS. Add in lunch money, School clothes, school supplies, gas to and from dentists, doctors and school if you drive them plus c-pays if you have to pay them. Hand him a list of every little thing that you spend on the kids, I don't care how minute or inconsequential you think it is. Entertainment should be on there also, either movie tickets and popcorn or rentals.

I'm of the mindset, if you ask for it, you're going to get it right down to the very last penny.

This will give him a darn good idea of exactly how far his child support payments go.

Don't stress Sweetie, just stick it in his ass and break it off.

thanks for all your replies. i am calling my attorny today to see what she can do about this. after all that's what we paid her $2500.00, otherwise i could have saved the money and dealt with the b.s. on my own.
To try to answer some of the questions. My daughter is 13 and has no contact with him whatsoever. 2 years of that was his choice and the rest by hers. I have put in counseling to deal with alot of the trauma has put her through. My son is 17 and actually moved over there mainly cause he didn't like rules and they don't have any. However I have to give him credit he is really starting to come around with a good head on his shoulders. Mostly thankfully to his stepbrother. I have never filled them in on all the details but when they have asked questions i never lied. The fight now is he is fighting for child support for my son who lives over there. I don't have a problem with that since he lives there but i wanted the courts to decide the payment not him. Instead it has drawn into this lenghty process which has nothing to do with child support. really confused my attoney hasn't stopped it. I can't be any more clear. I am disabled and have no income. I can't go get a job because i am sick and can't work. therefore the only thing that should matter is what he makes and what i don't.
this last paperwork wants the origianls from the last 3 years of all my checks,registers,deposit slips,bills and so on. My favorite is they want me to break down what he pays for insurance by the person. Like I would have any idea, The stress of course is not helping along with the uti,broncitis,asthma,fibro,cfs,ra etc...
Hopefully i will get some better ansers in the next day or so. As far as my other post hospital or not uti seems to be getting better but broncitis not improving a whole lot. guess i will give it a few more days before i call the doctor.

Alesha, he's asking for things that are none of your business and things that you don't have the foggiest idea of the amount. It sounds like he's just being a vindictive ass.

I don't think "by law" he can actually ask you to provide him with what he's asking for.

he's using bullying tactics and that won't fly with me. I hope your attorney is able to sort this out and you can get your stress level down.

Please, please don't mess around with the UTI, that can turn into a Kidney Infection and it's the hardest thing to diagnose. Many seniors in nursing homes pass away from severe kidney infections because they aren't caught in time. One day you're somewhat okay and the next day you feel like someone knocked your socks off.

left a message for my attorny today but didn't get a return call yet. I have been in the hospital 2 times with kidney infections so promise not to play around with that.
i hope that when i reach my attorny she will do something to stop the harrasment.
