Thank you all so very much. It is so sad that fibro has robbed you of so much. I hope it didn't make you feel worse taking about what this terrible and painful health problem has done to your life. I know I am so touched by all of your replies from your heart. I wish I could make everyone of you better. you are very sweet jean, it really encourages us to see such supporting family members on here. I think what you are doing is great, just thought you should know that :).
If you really want to get down to the heart and soul of this illness, try to read some journal entries around here. You will see, it is not all bad, and many of us are the toughest people you have ever met, LOL. I take all of this as a learning experience, and yes I never asked to be taught this lesson but knowledge can still be gained from it. I have trouble having a real conversation at times, but I have found my medical knowledge is becoming superb. Now when ever someone around me is sick, or has a headache, or a lot of different things I find I am able to help them more just by learning how to cope with Fibro's numerous symptoms, hehe. I have learnt through Fibro that helping others really makes me feel a ton better.
