I am a student who is trying to find
research on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome(FAS); I would like some questions answered to help in my
research paper. Can someone please answer the following questions? 1. How does alcohol cross the placenta and enter the growing fetus's blood to cause this syndrome? 2. Why does the alcohol affect a child's brain so much as to cause this Syndome? 3. Does the baby have immediate signs and symptoms of FAS when the baby is born? 4. Does a newborn baby, who is born with FAS have withdrawls from the alcohol? 5. What are some of the long term effects of FAS? 6. Is there a cure for FAS? 7. How does this syndrome, effect a child's behavior throughout his/her life? Thank you so much in advance for your answers. Please give your name and some basic information about yourself, so I can give you proper credit in my
research paper. Sincerely, A Student of Delta College.
