New and need some advice

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this group and need some advice. Here is my story. I had an ultrasound done to rule out gallbladder problems a few weeks ago. The scan showed my gallbladder was fine but that I had a fatty liver. Is a fatty liver a sign of fatty liver disease or is it fatty liver disease? What should I do next? I'm 28 years old, 5 foot 4 inches and about 200 pounds. I also have high cholesterol and heartburn. Right now I don't have any motivation to exercise or eat right but I should. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

" According to my doctor, you should lower your fat and sugar intake, as well as minimizing alcohol. I was also told not to take Tylonel because it is hard on the liver, so have to use something else and the final thing is to loose weight. I am overweight, have high cholesterol and triglycerides, so my doc also put me on Zocor to reduce the cholesterol. I hope this info helps...hugs jilly "

" Also, remove any Nutrasweet products from your diet. BAD PRODUCT NUTRASWEET! It metabolizes as formeldahyde, and methylAlchol which cannot be broken down and can cause fatty liver and liver toxicity.

So I do with our alot of fruits , no juices or tomato base products Just dont give up, I do all the time and always say tomorrow is another day. Today I just ate steamed veggies and drank water, hope tis not too late to help myself since my liver has been inflamed all day, Best of luck and hang in there. "
