" I've had this experience but I don't know if they are related. Let me explain, I'm in surgical menopause so I flash all the time. I am also sensitive or alergic to a lot of stuff. When I eat or get near something I'm alergic to I start itching all over. Sorry I didn't reply sooner I was ill for most of the winter, just now getting around. Take care...hugs jilly "

" Thats okay,
I do know one thing. I never consume any acids because of my GERD, so I started taking VIT C tablets they dont effect the stomach. Since then I dont itch as much.
But I did notice yesterday I was working outside, got warm and itched all over again, then it went away,

I have asked every dr when I was going through though all those test and they just look at me.

Maybe its all menopausal I dont know.

But sometimes I wonder if it when my liver gets bothered by eating wrong or too much tea or something.

Maybe I am allergic to my own sweat from the lyrica I take and I havent been taking it as much, maybe thats it come to think of it.

That migh be it!!!

Then maybe not LOL

I just know stay away from tylenol, fried food, and everything.

I know losing a pound a week I was doing good until my dad passed away and my sister started her crap again, then I ate for comfort.

Hope you are feeling better Jilly. "

" Yes, I itch all over also. Night time is the worse. My Dr.'s (local and transplant center) don't like the idea of taking Milk Thistle and want me to be very careful of additional vitamins as they could counteract the meds I am on for the liver. They do recommend taking Benadryl (sp?) for the itching and muscle pain. You can take a Tylenol occasionally, but not any other pain reliever. "

" I cant take tylenol it inflames my liver. My rheumy said Tylenol is really bad on our organs and liver.
I took some cold tylenol this past winter and it wasnt long my left side was on fire where my liver was.
It finally went away but it was bad. "

" I understand what you are saying about the Tylenol. The Dr's don't want us taking any pain relievers as they are hard on the liver. My Dr's told me if I have to take something for pain, then a Tylenol would be okay "occasionally". They said to take regular Tylenol and not to take the cold or other formulas. And to take the regular Benedryle for itching. Just sharing what my Transplant Dr said. "
