Pain in Liver area
Watch this

I was diagnosed with non alcohol fatty liver disease three years ago. At the time they thought it was my gall bladder. I had a sonogram, which is how they diagnosed me. I am having a lot of pain in my liver area. It seems to really be affected by what I eat. I am over weight and I have not been doing well with a diet or exercise. Is it normal to have so much pain in this area, along with swelling, gas and bloating? If I drink chocolate milk with Hershey's syrup, I can't even stand to be in the same room with me! I just wondered if anyone has had similar experiences.

" Oh yes, I understand. Sounds like we have alot in common. I do have pain associated with what I eat. Of course if I eat properly there is less problems. I was never heavy until I began getting sick. Years of jumping through hoops to be diagnosed didn't help any. It is hard to get back on track, once you've derailed. Eating meals, taking meds, exercise...everything is a challenge. I was once an organized and self disciplined person and now it a "free for all". "

" Sounds like you have IBS like I do. I also cant eat chocolate because of acid ref;ux. GERD can give you pains all over also,. I just know to stay away from tylenol because it inflames my liver and causes painb because of my somewhat fatty liver. ALso its harder to lose weight with a fatty liver. Just watch what you eat and exercise more. "

" Heck, I am an old hat at all of this now, I have NASH, the version of NALFD decades later. Take it from me, there is no cure for this damn disease except weight loss and no sugars. I am eating such a restricted diet and doing special herbs for this and still I have to do insulin. Get serious about this disease. It feeds with sugars of every kind, also white breads for sure. No foods with high carbs, very bad on liver. Limited red meats and always baked or broiled. I am here to speak about it anytime. Grapefruit is the best ever for your liver, I cannot take it even though I would love to. Take care all "

" Thanks for the advice. I been doing so good, then got feeling good and forget all about my fatty liver. Started drinking tea which is a nono because of my GERD and been eating frieds and chicken sandwiches from McDonalds, Now my liver is somewhat inflamed and I got that stupid heat flash and itch all over.
I know what it is, my diet, I am so mad at myself.
STUPID STUPID STUPID

I have to get serious,
I am just tired of it then my stupid fibro and stress makes it worse,

Thanks for reminding me "

" Please do not take this advice as conflicting with any other treatment. Theraputic Cold Lasers can produce very rapid symtomatic relief. There is good reason to believe that they can actually cure some cases of NASH. They do have the following wonderful reality. (1) They don't stop you from doing other treatments.
(2) They provide very fast pain and symptom relief.
(3) They are cheap if you get a veterinary unit (ordered off the internet)
(4) If you own one they last a long time and are always there to use if you need it. Unlike pills they just hook up to the power line for refill.
(5) There really isn't any bad clinical data on the devices.
I hope this helps someone.
I have a friend who has NASH. She has gotten near total relief using the laser. She also has vastly relieved her discomfort. Yes she has done other things to help her on the issue.
In PERU Hep-C has been cured using Theraputic Cold Lasers. Have fun and I hope this helps. (Sorry but you will have to find your own supplier for the lasers. I don't sell them.) "
