Im sorry - I have to vent.

Its so maddening to see this person changing in front of me every day.

I can tell without the scans and doctors visits that he is getting worse, and it kills me beause I know what he was like before this, and then its even more hurt, knowing it is only going to get worse.

At the rate he is ecliing, it will only be a few more months and he will be totally irrational and unable to do anything for himself.

I have seen (in the past month) his memory decline so much that he is now incapable of simple addition or remembering road rules that he has folowed for fifty years ( thankfully he doesnt drive anymore). today he took a double dose of his medication because he forgot that i come and give him the right dose, and had been only an hour earlier to do so.

Its painful to see this happening, and also to experience the aggression that is coming through, mostly aimed at his mother, but not always. Its affecting his mother now too, because she s getting stressed over what he is saying and doing (naturally) even though we know its the tumor causing his brain to malfunction but its still depressing.

Sorry just needed to vent a little i guess. Because Im sad.
And I wish I could make it better for him, but i know noone can, and he knows noone can and I am afraid that he is giving up on himself, and is declining way faster than expected. Its a shock and I dont know what I can do to make any part of it better.
