5 year pancreatic cancer survivor

For those of you who doubt medical miracles, just got back from our "in person" cancer support group and there was one person there who is next week going to pass his 5 year cancer survivor mark from Pancreatic Cancer.
He is a young person, not yet 60, and is among only 3% to do this! He was given 1 year at diagnosis. I believe in medical miracles. I'm not saying that we are all going to see them in our friends and family. However, they do exist. This is just one case. I am sure there are many, many more. Hold onto your hope and faith -- your Tumaini. That is what we all survive on -- hope, belief, faith. It can and does happen. Posted on 07/22/08, 08:07 pm |
