I am a grade twelve student currently attending Richview Collegiate Institute. I am working on a research project for my Family Studies class and I have created questionnaires to find out how cancer affects families. I can assure that all of your answers will be kept confidential and will be used strictly for research purposes. I would greatly appreciate your help in answering the questions.
