went to the gym this morning, I only did the elliptical for 15 mins. I didn't leave my apartment fast enough and instead prepared veggies for lunch. I also didn't want to workout longer so I could dry my hair after my shower and I wouldn't go to work with wet hair. -

It is deep,
it is sharp,
it was a shattered
piece of my heart!
It's been there,
