new here. my older brother is in prison 4 severe drug charges. his house was raided. it wasnt good. his mom has his 2 daughters, my neices. his wife was sent away as well. but other than them, im the only 1 in the family that is still around. i have 2 other sisters, n neither one wants anything 2 do with him. our father isnt in either one of our lives ne more. thank God. he was horrably abusive 2 all of us, save the youngest sister. but thats 4 another group. lol ne ways, i try 2 write 2 him as much as i can. i luv my brother, n wanna be there 4 him. ne ways, just wanted 2 share. i would have joined sooner but didnt know about the group. thanks 4 listening.

Welcome to the group sweetheart!I only joined myself about 2 months ago but I have to tell you that the love and support that has been given to me is awesome!!I think thats is wonderful that you are giving your brother support because we all make mistakes and he needs you now more then ever...You just stay strong and supportive of him and we here at Daily Strength will stay that way for you..Trust me, it makes this alot easier with the help and support of people who are going through the same thing as you are..My thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved one..
