I FEEL REALLY ALONE AND WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO OTHERS WHO'S MUMS IN PARTICULAR WERE OR ARE ALCOHOLICS.
MY WHOLE CHILDHOOD WAS ERASED BY MY MOTHER BEING A VIOLENT ALCOHOLIC ALTHOUGH I LOVE MY MUM TO BITS, SHE HAS ALSO DONE 6 MONTHS REHAB THAT HAVE HELPED HER SO MUCH....ID LIKE TO KNOW IF PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT IVE BEEN THROUGH AS I CANT STOP BEING AND THINKING OF THAT LITTLE GIRL I WAS AND STILL FEEL I AM THAT SUFFERED SO MUCH...

keep positive take things 1 day at a time and they will get better. i find it helpful to have somewhere i can escape to when things get tough and i find taking very long walks helps. i was very lucky to have a very good friend who i could phone anytime if i needed to but he commited suicide earlier this year. id advise you to find someone you can talk to. im here for you if you need to talk x hope this helps x "
