i lost my best frind today. She rang me to say goodbye and i couldn't get anyone to her in time. She is the second really close friend i have lost to suicide in just under a month. My friend who died today was so upset about our other friend I think she couldnt cope.
Now i feel lost, scared, sad and alone. I guess i just want to get my story out there. Im so sad Posted on 11/04/07, 09:11 am |

You are feeling absolutely the way I would be if it were me. I lost my father to suicide 2 years ago and it still hurts. I really can't imagine the pain you must be going through after losing two people you care about in such a short time. Just allow yourself to go through the emotions and absorb what has happened. It will be difficult but you will start to find peace again. Your friends are still there with you just not in anymore pain. Stay strong and come here if you ever need to talk. There are wonderful people who can really help you in a time of need.

I am very sorry for your losses. To lose them so close is devastating I know, I lost 2 very important people in my life 2 and 1/2 mos apart and my mom 3 yrs before that. Please take care of yourself and keep coming back here, it really helps me. Kelly, and you are not alone.

I know how you feel. I lost my father almost 2 months ago. And I to wish I could have helped him in some way. Any way that I could. I'm so very sorry for your loss. And you should show your emotions. Don't bottle them up. If you feel like crying, cry. Just try and think of the happiest moment you spent with this person. Also, when a sad memory pops into your mind, come up with 10 good ones! My prayers are with you.
