I have been going to counseling trying to get myself right after living with an alcoholic. She told me to get this book by Toby Rice Drews. I'm only on the 9th chapter but it has been so helpful and comforting to read. It's been hitting the nail right on the head. I highly recommend anyone picking this book up.
