Has anyone here with epilepsy ever used melatonin?
I'm asking because I ate cherriest before going to bed last night (which contain lots of melatonin) I was expecting this to help me sleep. I do not have epilepsy or at least I don't have a diagnose, but I've had aura type things before without seizures and without a migraine (never had a migraine before). Anyways.. instead of helping me sleep.. it felt like I had a long-lasting seizure or something.. I felt extremely stimulated in my head, and I was breathing very STRONG breaths , and instead of actually falling asleep it was like I was awake but having dreams and kept waking up a minute later and having a new dream, but all the while I felt overly stimulated.
