Sleep Seizure

So I remember somewhat going to bed by 1am...Between the time I fell asleep and 5pm today, I remember nothing but small clips of dreams I think. My mom said that my alarm went off and that she woke me up. But I don't remember anything. I've been having troubles with the side effects of my Keppra medication. They upped the dosage a little over a week ago. I'm always exhausted, usually dizzy, and I have alot of trouble remembering things lately. But I lost this huge chunk of time, and I woke up realizing that I missed work without calling in...Now I'm sore, shaky, completely exhausted, and it's hard to focus on anything. It feels like the after effects of a seizure for me...But I've never lost conciousness during a seizure.
My parents haven't seen me have one, and no one else was home...So I don't know what happened or what to do...

" Based on your description of how you feel and your lose of time--you had seizure.

Sorry =(((((((

It is not uncommon to have seizures in your sleep. It is harder to remember though, and in some ways that I think is better. "

" I had never had a slep seizure either until a dye mri which I was not supposed to have as alergic to dye. New nuro but had my file. Had normal mri, pulled tray out and went to get up, no not yet have to do next one. Thought it couldnt have been clear etc. Next thing they are puting in a drip while i am mentally panicking, thinking must be somehting safe, she has my file. No. So as of next night you could set your watch at 2am every night. So meds adjusted and increased, now holding them, but caused by the dye. Lets say my GP wasnt happy, she is no longer my new nuro, nor a nuro for referring for throughout his practise. So you very possibly did have one, and meds etc can do amazing things. Just be careful. " I had them in my sleep two nights ago. My boyfriend said that I was speaking in tongues and also making sounds like I was being electrocuted. I remember stirring a few times during the night and somehow knowing that I was having a seizure and that I was acting strange but I didn't know how strange until the next morning. He and my son also tell me that I work in my sleep also when I am having seizure clusters. I think this past one was brought on by the summer soltice because the moon phases sometimes affect my seizures. "
