Hey everyone. I'm just starting allergy shots. Do they work? Are they worth the money? Do they make you feel better?
What are yall's experiences with allergy shots?!

Help inform everyone about how helpful or unhelpful the immunotherapy really was/is!

" Allergy shots...years of sessions and it may reduce or get rid of your allergies. Everyone is different. It did not help me.
My former boss took the shots for six years and they worked for him...that and moving out of Los Angeles Smog! "

" I had allergy shots twice in my life. Once at age 8 I believe. I got them until I was 12. I dont' know if they worked or not as back then I didn't monitor my symptoms, etc. My Mom was the one that would have noticed.

then I had allergy shots again as an adult for my cat and yes it worked but it did not work for my dust mite allergy.
I had shots for about 5 years for my cat. "
