Warm feeling in my head :( overwhelmed

I'm 27 years old. Since i been diagnosed with allergies three months ago I start to having a warm feeling in my head. Not every day, but sometimes they last all day long. I also start going to the chiropractor, but he told me that this feeling can't be from him cracking my neck :( I am confused and my anxiety level is very high. I can't concentrate and feeling overwhelmed most of the time. Does anybody else have the same feeling from allergies? I am taking Quercetin for my allergies. This weir feeling in my head killing me. Did any of you used acupuncture treatment for allergies? Thank you
