Treatment for sensitivities to chemicals

I am extremely sensitive to any type of chemical, scents, perfumes, spices, etc. Just being around spices at work drives my allergies wild. I can't even walk through a grocery store produce section without getting a headache and my eyes start watering. Anyone know of any good treatment for these sensitivities???

" have you been tested to determine exactly what it is that causes your reactions? if not, you may want to have testing done to see what treatments are available. the perfume reaction could be dure to a plant derrivative called orris root. i am allergic to it and get horrible headaches when exposed to certain perfumes and colognes (it's not in all of them). orris root is also found in some cosmetics. for most chemical allergies the treatment is simply avoidance of the allergin. again, if you haven't been tested you may want to be.
oh, i forgot to ask if you take any kind of antihistamine. "

" I know what you mean I'm allergic to those to. the best way for me is to avoid them. When my mom gets soap I have to remind her to get hypo allergenic. maybe that would help for you. "
