Our local paper has a column from Dr. Gott. He is a United Features Syndicated columnist and advise doctor. His bio is on: http://www.unitedfeatures.com/ufsa...

In one of his columns there was a question about frequent urination related to BPH. The letter writer (second letter of the day) wrote about using vitamin B6, which has helped to eliminate the frequent trips to the toilet at night. The link below is not from my paper as they require an online subscription. My wife found a link to a paper that allows free online access to the column:

I am willing to try this and would appreciate any input anyone has in using Vitamin B6.
