Hello: new to this website today! I had a couple surgery's (one laproscopic - diagnosed with severe stage 4 endo). Also had an ultrasound, MRI and CT Scan saying that the cysts were complex. The second surgery was a laporotomy as I had the most incredible pain of my life! DR removed left ovary and 3 rock hard solid cysts (he described as "yucky") the size of the DR's fist. one cyst was resting on sciatic nerve. The big surgery was back in June, still waiting on biopsy results of the cysts / tumors.
In all my research I cannot find anyone with these same symptoms so I wonder if it's just endo cysts afterall (like he thinks?) My severe pain is gone, but still get pain down my left leg. Also taking lupron injections... not sure if they're helping or if it was just the surgery that did the trick. Very worried about these cysts! Any thoughts out there? Posted on 08/25/07, 11:08 pm |
