managing your pain

Hi, I've posted before about how much pain management has helped me; I just want to post again.

Pain management gives you options to help, but without trying to cure you. For me, this meant physical therapy for a related problem, antidepressants, creams, pain patches, and some prescription painkillers (not Vicodin, yay).

If you can find a pain management clinic in your area, I would strongly urge you to consider. I was on the verge of hysterectomy or another surgery, but I feel as if I could manage this longer, maybe until I get to menopause? I hope so.
