I have read alot of stories of other women who try accupuncture and eatting healthier helps with the pain of Endo. I also just bought Noni juice which I heard helps with everything. Let me know what everyone else is doing for easing the pain of Endo.

" I used to drink noni juice. It didn't make a bit of difference with me. I have been trying to stay away from wheat, dairy and soy, and red meat. They say all of those things can make your pain worse. I've only been doing it for 3 weeks now, and haven't noticed a difference. I want to start working out next week. Hopefully my tenderness from the surgery will be totally gone. The only thing that has helped me with pain so far is heating pads. Plus do you know how hard it is to stay away from wheat. EVERYTHING has wheat in it. Good luck! "

I have tryed that for a couple months, and you don't realize how much it helps until you go see your father inlaw and all he gives you is red meat and your stomach feels like it wants to die..lol. If I do have any of it I typically try to eat it in small portions. "

" Avoiding dairy, wheat, eggs and soy have saved my life! It had given me constant bloating and diarreah which has eased a lot since then. Another thing I do is try to not focus on it too much sometimes. Pain receptors can get overworked and just take over, but distraction tends to calm them down. "
