I know that there are so many different types of Encephalitis, and then are are many variations on all of them. What I wonder is West Nile Virus a type of Encephalitis? That is what my understanding was.

" Ok, I'm answering my own question now. Yes West Nile Virus is indeed arare form of Encephalitis.

Once I have a curiousity in my head I have to search it out. So here we are a month after I asked the question and I found the answer finally. Mystery solved. "
