I'm new to this group.
I've always had Loose/Floating Joints, managed to dislocate a knee twice, and a thumb 3 times through out my life so far.

I only recently got myself a Rheumatologist for other reasons. He happened to mention in passing that I had very loose/floating joints.

Is this the right place for me to be for support?

" Hey EnJeru - Check www.ednf.org as well. I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and all my joints float - I don't tend to dislocate fully, but I sublux with every movement. Best wishes to you, Mags from VA. "

" I think you are in the right place... A genetacist diagnosed me and my children but I've heard that a Rheumatologist often dianosis EDS. I'm a sublux gal myself and have only fully dislocated my shoulder and elbow. My daughter dislocated her elbow 9 times in one year. Do you have any other problems other than your joints? All my info is in my profile. Keep us up on what happens with you... lylajean "
