she has beem having issues with her right arm tho its dominant... the muscle tone is lower than the left.. she cracks and clicks almost as much as i do...

today when i picked her up she arched her back and gave herself an adjustment... *crack crack crack* all the way down her spine...

scared the bajebers outa me. it bugged her for all of a second .. i see the ped on monday and the fam doc on sat so i will ask about it but yikes.

It occurred to me the other day to wonder if that's my problem being consistently good at sports (which I am SOMETIMES)... is it that I can't be consistently because I'm stretchy and bendy and it's just impossible to consistently move the same? "
