Feelin' kinda down and tired. Foxy woke me up a couple of times barking at the fireworks. I went to bed about 8 last night because I was getting up at 3 this morning to do the laundry. Breakfast: pop tart; 200 calories
Lunch: nibbled on some pretzels because I had to go into work for a few hours and they were the only thing in my desk drawer. 110 calories
Mid-afternoon snack: 1 serving chips and salsa: approx. 170 calories
Dinner: 1 Boca burger without cheese or a bun, 1+ serving mini potato pancakes and a little bit of sour cream: approx. 350
Water
Total: approx. 830 calories... -

well here I go again, compalining about the way that I look. God I just hate my fucking face I just wish I could tare it off. I am so disgstuing. I am just a huge waste of space.. Breakfast: pop tart
lunch: grilled cheese
dinner: we had dinner at my SIL's. I had a turkey fillet and a spoonful each of couscous, potato salad and corn. For dessert, I did have a small piece of cake.
Later on I had a slim-a-bear ice cream sandwich.
I need to kick it up a notch this week. I want to lose 16.5 more pounds total...hopefully by September. -

I had to weigh myself again after the meeting cuz I just couldnt believe it.
I havent weighed this weight in over 5 yrs..........

Its been a while since i have been in here. Strangely enough there were many times that i should have came in to say hi. I some times wonder what i am doing in calgary, such a big city and i feel often all alone. I moved here to start a new life hoping the big move from Fort McMurray would make me come out of my shell and help me with my divorce.
