" Yes i do i have tried a lot of moisturisers on the shelves but now i try to be careful with what i buy, But the Chemist or drug store as its known in America is my mecca lol and sometimes i buy moisturiser without thinking about it, I am also lucky because at my local Chemist there is a big range of natural medicine and a guy that works there has a good knowledge base of natural medicine "

" I have had eczema since I was about 7or 8 and I am 27 now....I have become immune to hundreds of different products, both topical and ingestible. I have tried everything from milk baths to oatmeal baths to tar wraps and high end steroidal creams. The regimen that you use for yourself can be much different than what works for other people. I only shower every other day with Aveeno oatmeal body wash, so my skin doesn't crack or peel. As soon as I get out, I don't dry off and I put my steroid creams on the spots that are the worst (Elidel), then I slather on cocoa butter lotion. I take my allergy medicine (claritin-D) an hour before I get into the shower, since clorine in the water irritates my skin, and I will take my night time medicine (hydroxyzine) before I go to bed, so I don't itch my skin off. Any time I wash my hands, I have to put ointment on the bad spots then slather up with more lotion. Any variation to this routine makes my skin dry, brittle, crack, ooze and burn, not to mention trying to scratch my skin off.
Hope this helps....

" I've used Eucerin Light on my face for about five/six years now and it always works great. I use Palmer's cocoa butter all through the winter to lock in moisture after showering/washing hands and it does wonders! I also take 100-200 IUs of Vitamin E (pill form) daily to help stay replenished from the inside too. I really notice a difference on my arms after I started V.E.
Something I use is a homemade concoction: mix Johnson's pink baby lotion, Vitamin E, and Vaseline in a blender and use it as a moisturizer, particularly for hands and feet before bed (it can be used all over). My grandmother came up with it and it does WONDERS. "
