Hi guys!

Well i've just joined the board and wanted to say hi! I hope you are all well today?

At the moment i am suffering from an all over body flair up including my face, scalp, hands (very blistered). the only part of my body which isn't affected is the soles of my feet. I'm very itchy today and haven't slept much. I am on cyclosporin (the highest dosage) but can't seem to get my eczema under control. I'm currently using strong steroids and antihistamines also. I am interested in trying alternative therapies and would be grateful if anyone had anything that's woked for them or any advise? I've been in hospital with my eczema 3 times over the last 2 years.

Anyway i'm feeling a little bit down today but know i have a lot to be thankful for.

take care and hope you're all well?

Stix x

" I too have suffered with eczema my whole life (i'm 48). I just went to ANOTHER doc becuase all the ones i've seen are most interested in cosmetic procedures than eczema. So this guy put me back on prednisone which i don't like, but you have to do something. Also, i have an appointment at UCLA next month, so if i found out anything new i'll post it.

Also, got a lead on a site mountainmistbotanicals.com that a friend of my mom's says is wonderful for natural stuff, so if they give me a reply i'll post that also.

I know this is a horrible thing to have, it makes you a hermit and it's very depressing. Hope you get a break soon!
