It seems my eczema is really flaring up all over the place. The only cause I can figure out is stress. I've got a lot of stress in my job right now. More than I've had in years. How do yall handle stress? I can't anti-depressents because I have odd sleep periods.

i think you got to find a method that works for you when i feel myself get stressed i do something different get a distraction and try not and worry though its not all that simple - sometimes music is my best therapy but it is different for everyone x gd luck with finding whats right for you x

stress is definitely a trigger for me, I've noticed. I've found that I need one day on the weekends to completely relax and do things that occupy my mind but don't exhaust me. I think of it as sort of pampering myself before the new work week. When I'm relaxed, I feel better prepared to come up with solutions to whatever is stressing me, and when I feel like I have a plan, it helps relieve anxiety that causes so much stress! eczema is a life of nasty cycles, isn't it?
